Creality New 3D Printer CR-200B
-
A query regarding CREALITY CR-200B.
I have a problem in it. When the power is on, it is working normally but when the power is down the bed is floating downwards and after the power is on, the bed is not returning to its place, so that the print is floating. Could you please tell me how to rectify this defect.

uncheck Origin at center, then your print will be placed as you position it in the slicer.

@admin Hello, I just got the printer and for some reason it's not printing in the center of the build plate - it prints a little to the left and down. I'm using the Creality 4.8 version of the slicer program. But when I print one of the samples that came with the printer, it prints perfectly. I have read on different forums that others are having the same problem. Can you please let me know why this is happening? Thanks.

@admin
My printer is working fine after some upgrades.

Dear @marian @SyntaxNero @Mr-T
If your CR-200B doesn't work well, could you please send me the serial number, that we can check which batch of the machines are and give you the best professional after-sales service. Thank you for supporting .

@Mr-T Hi,
for CURA I recomend to download Creality slicer-4.8.0:
https://www.creality.com/download --> Software (it's in Portuguese language, but you can change it to eng). Creality slicer is re-branded CURA software.
From there you can export/rewrite setings to CURA.
About the issues with jamed filament/underextrusion/.. please check these:

Did you already have your printer setup?Mine doesn't work well , i hope due printer settings....
Filament is often jamed and bigger surfaces sometimes not even filled.If you have a solution already i would like to hear from you.
