@educastor Solved it now finally, display got messed up somehow. Now I am back to work. I ignored this for quite a while!

Hello everyone,
I am sorry,
I got frustrated and did leave the CR-200B unattended for quite a while.I circled around to the support page from time to time.
Today I downloaded the latest firmware suitable for the 4.2.5 Mainboard and brought the CR-200B to life again.
This means, it is back in the game and the issue is solved. At some point in history the DisplaySoftware and Pictures quit working and I did not get any touch response or movement on the display anymore.
With the new DWIN set in the Firmware I could rectify the issue! I am glad to help anyone else.
Drop me a note here, or write an email to mgeiger.hh[at]gmail.com
Best regards
Martin (3D.McGeiger)

hi, @nessj you can refer to this video and update the firmware again https://youtu.be/TBRDcTqBryI . try to use the different sd card to update the firmware and the memory of SD cards should be less than 16 GB.
-
hi, @Yamato3D Can you tell me the reason for updating the firmware?you can refer to this video and try to update again
https://youtu.be/TBRDcTqBryI If the SD card can be used normally, we do not recommend updating the firmware.
-
@Yamato3D Did anyone solve this, my classroom CR200b also will not update firmware, and will not print from the SD card anymore, only a few months old, a dozen or so prints (we have been out for summer).
-
Hi I tried to update the firmware, but it doesn't work at all. I turned off the power because I couldn't wait for a few hours, but it stopped working from this screen even if I didn't point to the SD card. Is there any solution?

Hello admin, Hello Creality,
I have tried to update my CR-200B to FW-Version 1.0.4 and it failed to the exetent that I have lost my ability to use the touch screen.
Tried to resurrect it by flashing the firmware again with 1.0.3 and it did not work, the Firmware does not get loaded after powering on the CR200.
I have watched the Creality video for the FW-Update and came to recognize that in this video you are using a HEX file, which differs from the downloaded BIN File.
I am running a V4.2.5 Mainboard, number on the back of the printer is: P202J12G10099.
I will include pictures too.Any chance I can get help here?

Dear @Vivek
Could you provide a video that we can check the issues? Thank you

A query regarding CREALITY CR-200B.
I have a problem in it. When the power is on, it is working normally but when the power is down the bed is floating downwards and after the power is on, the bed is not returning to its place, so that the print is floating. Could you please tell me how to rectify this defect.

uncheck Origin at center, then your print will be placed as you position it in the slicer.

@admin Hello, I just got the printer and for some reason it's not printing in the center of the build plate - it prints a little to the left and down. I'm using the Creality 4.8 version of the slicer program. But when I print one of the samples that came with the printer, it prints perfectly. I have read on different forums that others are having the same problem. Can you please let me know why this is happening? Thanks.

@admin
My printer is working fine after some upgrades.

Dear @marian @SyntaxNero @Mr-T
