V2 not reading any SD card

Hello

Just assembled a brand new V2. Everything seems OK, but it will not read anything from the factory SD card, or a good quality Sandisk.

Gcode is in the root of the card (as suggested by another post) format is FAT32.

Nothing is displayed when I click the print option. Have tried power cycling with card in and out.

Any ideas or suggestions much appreciated.

@jumbo The card actually goes in label side down. I returned one thinking it was broken. Oops.

I had the same issue before I realized I inserted the card in the slot upside down.

I have the same issue, hope this can be solved without opening the circuits
