Extruder motor - Has clicking sounds

When printing, the extruder motor has a clicking sound and it is very repetitive - about every 2 - 3 seconds and it looks like the drive sprocket bounces back slightly with each click. Print is not coming out very well. Any thoughts? Thanks

Sounds like it's grinding the filament. Could be a ton of things but the most common ones are:
- Clog in hotend/nozzle
- Extruder tension not right (could be too tight or too loose)
- Extruder motor current too low
- Hotend not hot enough
- Trying to extrude too fast
