I can not print any more!(picture of error inside.

This happens sometimes at the start of a print or anytime after that.

I have bought 4 new Sdcards and it still happens.
I have tried 20 different stl\gcode files with short names, and it still happens.

Factory reset my CR-6. I am using the cura that came with the printer and Simplify3D, The same result. If this happened on 1 stl file. I could understand, but not every STL\Gcode file. Really need some advice please. Oh and I have gone from version V1.0.2.bin to the latest one.
    Thank you.

  • @admin It's been 12+ days.

Can I have a new motherboard please.
Or would you like me to send the printer back via royal mail?

If I don't hear from you this week, I will have to do a charge back at my bank.

Sorry about this but I have spoken to your support for over 2 weeks.
And all they do is ask me to do the same things over and over again.

Looks like I need a new motherboard...can you send me one please?

    Dear @deuse

    1. Test by formatting the memory card and then copying the gcode file again.
    2. Test with another memory card (less than 16G)
3.gcode file names cannot exceed 16 characters; no special characters.
4.SD card sticks a little alcohol repeatedly to pull out (clean the card slot oxide).
    3. Test with the GCODE file I provided.
    4. Refresh the firmware and screen firmware (the two firmware supporting brush) screen firmware to remove the screen and insert the SD card and the same as the motherboard.

I have found out the problem.

I was testing the files with a brand new 8GB sdcard and it stopped again.

My carer noticed that the sdcard was coming out.
So I looked and tested it, and nothing is holding it in.

So the movment of the printer shakes the sdcard out=printer stops.

I then held it in with a heavy object and no more printer stops or errors.

@admin What can we do to fix the sdcard slot?
    Thank you.

  • The FFF is included in the comments of the G-code file, you can just import the G-code file into S3D.

Although the one used for the G-code in that ZIP file is very specific, and I wouldn't use it as a base for a generic CR-6 profile.
0.1mm layers, massive 10mm retraction at pretty insane speeds, 12 top and bottom layers, 45 degree bed temp, the build volume from CR-10 (if you are going to use this FFF, at least change this to match your printer), 70mm/s print speed and the absolute most minimal start and end G-code you can have.
It's also been sliced 18 months ago, so I'm guessing it's something whipped up by hand for that specific model as a test print for a CR-10.

I just started to print the files.
    "G-Code generated by Simplify3D(R) Version 4.0.1"

Can I have your .FFF files so I can get my Simplfify3D working please?
