Are warranty issues normal?
Brand new ender 3 V2. Was working fine then the bed stopped heating.
After my diagnostics I found board not energizing upon call to heat. Found Creality had video on bed temperature diagnostics and solutions.
My problem is I cant get anyone to help me with my warranty. I have been trying for 3 months I have had the machine 4 months. I was under the impression there was a warranty on the machine I purchased. Has anyone gone thru this ? and is this just normal business for the people running Creality? Any advise or suggestion will be appreciated.
It has been one thing after another with my ender 3 V2. Very dissapointed.
