@CrawlingEye Copy the link and open up a new tab or browser window. Past the link into the search field. You will be prompted to save a file which is the file from the link.

@Tateburgess01 copy the link address and past it into a new tab in your browser. It will download after that. Why it won't work just by clicking on it is beyond me. Maybe a security setting or something.

The link is broken for me as well and I need to fix both of the boxes that I bought today at Micro Center.

This. My box currently has not connected to wifi since I ran the requested update and is presently a wifi box without wifi (useless). The file2-cdn link is broken and I cannot find another source listed for the download.

@tulius Hi, thanks for your message. The orange light blinks slowly is normal after firmware upgrading, for the AP function of the box will be turned off once the box connects to your home network.

Here what happens is that Orange light blinks with no specific pattern. Like someone was turning in on and off randomly. Any clue? THanks!

@llink088 The green light on indicates that the wifi box didn't get internet, could you please try to reconfigure the wifi box on the APP again? If still not working, please reset the wifi box again, and format the SD card to reconfigure. If still no luck, please help provide me the TF card log for analysis, feel free to send us an email at teamcloud@creality.com.

Mine still isn't working. I've tried different thumb drives different micro sd adapters, let it sit for over an hour while the usb's are plugged in. still nothing. Now when I turn it on, the orange light flashes and the green light stays on, solid green. Any ideas? this is extremely frustrating as I rely on it to be able to adjust my prints while away.

@RedeyesXBL Never mind. Tried a different USB drive, it worked in 30 seconds or so.

@admin For those who got this to work, how long should it take after releasing the reset button to the flashing yellow light?

I found the issue executing the procedure. If it still failing for you guys, try another usb thumb drive.
I recommend smaller ones such as 4GB or 8GB.
I used the 8GB microsd with the original usb adapter and it worked. A soon as you see one led coming on you can stop pressing the reset button and it will load the kernel from usb to flash memory and fix the issue.
It tooked me 4 hours, but finally I have it working again.

It seemed to have worked for me, you have to use a paperclip to get the box into Loadng mode, hold it for at least 6 seconds AFTER plugging in your USB with the software on it. You will have to wait for it to update for at least 3 cycles, te gren light will go off twice, then stay on indicating a properly flashed box. You also have to have a blank MicroSD in it to load he firmware onto. Russ

welcome to me in the box, after the update, the wifi does not work at all, the green LED is not on, only the blue and yellow LEDs work, but the box is ofiline and I can not connect it to the network, how to fix this problem uploading the software does not work, the green LED lights up for a moment and then the box passes in normal mode, only the yellow LED is lit.
