CR6-SE Never Received
Well it's Feb 11, 2021 and I've been told so many times that my printer was shipped I've pretty much given up now. Please someone at Creality assist me it is Feb, 2021 and I have still not received my printer. It was for an 8 year old girl who is super disappointed.

They've long stopped answering me now after confirming it was being delivered at least 5 times. This was my last communication Dec. 29th which appears to not be true as I can clearly see its had a shipping label printed and nothing else. https://i.gyazo.com/da608e25c150d09dd280bd9415020b2b.png
I think my only recourse is to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. Anyone else been ripped off like this?

I know that it seems useless, but after 5 months of contacting them repeatedly (sometimes multiple times per day) I was finally able to obtain my CR-6SE and it's been a great printer for me.
I find it unfortunate that Creality's customer support isn't as good as I expect of a company that produces the types and quantities of products that they create and develop.
Keep pushing them!
