CR10S PRO V2 Heatbed crash after leveling

For reasons that are not clear, our CR10S PRO V2 always crashes with the heated bed when leveling. The first time the sensor was destroyed. Even after replacing the sensor, the problem is not resolved. As a demonstration, a box is placed in between when leveling. After the level, Z0 is approx. 10mm below the touched surface.
