Is this site a scam? Anyone suggest good alternatives?

I ordered a printer from this site and everything looked fine until the shipment missed the deadline. Once it did, I have been trying to contact them with ZERO response from them. I will be disputing the charge and buying from a competitor.
Anyone suggest an alternative with some resemblance of a functional CS department?
