Sensor stopped working, leveling drives head into bed

  • It would appear the sensor that comes stock on my CR-10S Pro had stopped working. The red light no longer comes on and when I attempt to level the bed and now the head is driven into the bed. Are there further tests I can make to determine which part is faulty? Would a factory reset (if that exists) correct the issue? Thanks for any insights.
