Change esteps and other stuff

  • I just made a mod to direct drive and changed my stepper motor. I see that it takes out little filament so I have to calibrate the steps. but I have no idea how to do it in ender 6, in ender 3 v2 I just accessed the menu and that's it. Here I know that I have to access via USB, but I have no idea what program to use, or what I have to do to change those settings. I know the eeprom is on the SDCard, but is it edited on the SD? is edited via usb?
I would appreciate your support, I have searched in google but nothing 😞

After you put in the support ticket to creality and while you are waiting on their response, you can also check this out:

Sounds like you need to get a computer with a keyboard hooked up to its serial interface one way or another. Micro USB on mainboard works. Octoprint and pronterface are known programs. You have to search for help vids about those.
