Adhesion Problem
-
Hi there. Ender 3. Has anyone had adhesion problems on the bed. I bought some violet PLA. Using 220 & 60 and the edges of the brim won't stick and the part curls. I tried 230 & 70 and same problem.
What's my next step?
I'm wondering if it's the PLA itself because other jobs have come out awesome.

Occam's Razor? Well, most people can't imagine that it will solve questions
Wish you have a good experience with the Creality 3d printer.

Problem Solved.
Occam's Razor....back to basics. Turns out, my bed became unlevel all of a sudden. Levelled it and voila.
btw....occams razor...spock said it best. Once you eliminate to most probable, whatever is left, however improbable, must be the answer.

@pineguy
The print will not stick to the platform. It is recommended to apply a little solid glue or a layer of masking paper on the platform before printing.

ok, so I tried 205 and 60...no go. Then I tried a different PLA...no go. I'm convinced it's the stl file. If someone else wants to try then here you go. Sorry, I can't upload

@pineguy
In the case of the leveling number, if printing other PLA can stick to the platform well, only violet PLA will not stick to the platform, which should be a problem with PLA

What does the manufacturer recommend? I would suggest lowering the temp rather than raising it.
I use a variety of filament with nozzle temps of 200°C - 208°C for PLA depending on the make. Bed temp is 60°C

@admin I'm not sure what that means. That's my filament...yes
