Creality CR-10 hotend not getting hot enough
I have a Creality CR-10 that the hot end won't go above 110C. I replaced the thermal probe with an identical one but when the machine shows 210C, the hotend is only 110C as measured by an IR handheld gun. Is there a way to calibrate the probe?
Would new firmware help? If so, I have an Aurduino NUCLEO-L476RG ( https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-l476rg.html ) would that work to flash it?
It has printed fine for many years. Then one day, it stopped printing. I confirmed my suspicion that the hot end wasn't reaching high enough temp. I thought it seemed like a bad thermistor and replaced it. But it's still not reaching proper operation temp even though the probe says it is.
