Ender 3 V2 Z-Axis motor not lining up on install
-
I am installing the Z-axis motor kit and t-type screw. It is not lining up with the XE axis. when I loosen the screws I can get the t-type screw to fit but it is very tight and hard to move the X-axis up and down. I don't want to go any farther because I am afraid it might break. Any thoughts?

May be you can refer to this video on ender 3V2 assembling; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iS_eSoa7ugo&t=351s
If there is a problem that the Z axis does not rise smoothly, you can refer to the following solutions:- Adjust the z-axis anti-backlash nut to just tight state.Too loose or too tight will cause the issue that Z axis does not rise smoothly
- Please tighten the screws of rigid coupling
- The eccentric nut at the passive block of X axis should not be too tight
If there is still problem, you can fill your issues and attach pictures or videos in this link:

Did you ever get a fix for this issue? I just bought my Ender 3 V2 and I am experiencing the same issue. Im not sure if the t-type screw is bent or what but when I stick it into the coupler and move down its not a problem. When the screw on rhe coupling are loose it pops out of the coupling when I try to move it up or doesnt move at all when its tightened.
