Have to rotate print when curing?

Bought my first resin printer the other day.
Question is, during the curing process, do you have to rotate the print object so that the UV light or sunlight hits all of the outer parts, or can you simply leave it sitting in the same position while it cures? Not sure precisely how the process works.
Also, how can you tell when the print has fully cured all the way? I'm not sure how really tell when it's done.
