Shipment Delay

Hello,
The status of my CR-6 shipment has been "Order Processed: ready for UPS" since August 1st (it says its in Germany).
I have set a few emails about it but have not received a reply.
Please contact me to track down the problem.

Mine and my friend's say Germany as well, that's why I looked at the UPS site with the tracking number to find the order hasn't reached port yet. That's probably a major shipping lane which takes time/ https://www.shipafreight.com/tradelane/china-to-germany/ I got my estimations from there.
If you use your tracking number on the ups page here you can see that there is only a delivery label, so far.https://www.ups.com/gb/en/Home.page?
Then add transit time from Germany to UK and then to distribution centers here to couriers will add 7-10 days? random guess.

@Onii-Guyver thanks for the info, the problem with my order is it appears that it is originating in Germany to be shipped to me in the UK.
Maybe they have a distribution hub in Germany?
Its starting position appears in Germany.
Hoping that support can get it taken care of.
A bit disappointed at the delay.

the problem is that it appears that the unit has not shipped.
it has been "ready for UPS" for over a month according to the tracking info.
it appears to me that the starting origin in Germany according to the tracking info
it has not shipped
the destination is the UK
is it normal for the shipment status to be "ready" but not actually ship for over a month?

I've gone to the UPS site and used the tracking number, it says Label created 6/8/2020, so the shipment hasn't even reached Germany yet.
I looked at shipping times and it is 20 to 40 days depend on which part of China it shipped from.
So hopefully it should get there in a week or so and the out to us in the UK
