Still no contact from the CS team for replacement mother Board
My CR-6 SE arrived with defective motherboard and Walker from the CS team said he would be sending my information to another college in order to process that request. I have not heard back from him or anyone else from Creality. It has been over 8 days and even when i first contact creality it took 6 to 7 days for anyone to respond to my emails. How do I get the new motherboard?
