LD-002r black screen since firmware update

downloaded chitubox and it said needed to update firmware. followed the advice on the creality after sales firmware update youtube video and now my printer just has a blank black screen after "printing" the latest firmware .bin file.

i am having the same issue... initially my touchscreen when blank when i try to load the file from chitubox 1.9 but i realise there is a new firmware available.. so i went to download and files are able to load... but there is just lines on the printing lcd.... what is wrong?

@Yolanda could you please explain how you are unzipping/ extracting the .bin file . For some reason I’m unable to do it. Help!!

It is very likely that you failed to update the firmware, which version firmware did you update?
CHITUBOX 1.9.bin
CHITUBOX PRO.binthere are two versions, you can choose one according to your mainboard firmware and update again.
