Having trouble with the cloud app with CR10-Smart.



  • Having trouble with the cloud app with CR10-Smart.

    I uninstall the cloud app and reinstall it.
    Reset the network settings in the
    printer still no luck.

    I reboot the router and ensure I connected to the 2.4ghz network.

    For the wifi no matter what I do it won't connected. I used the LAN setting It won't detect the printer properly. Only shown as creality device.

    The error message is "please check whether the printer and the box connected properly. "

    It is working before just all of the sudden not working.

    I delete the device and try to add it back few time but it is the same thing. Only detected as creality device not the CR10-Smart.

    Any suggestions to fix this?

  • Hi @Raymond812 Please check whether the phone can be connected to the box, because the box is connected with Smart;
    If there is still problem, please sent an email to cs@creality.com and attached video on this issue.
