New Ender 3 Owner
I am having a couple of problems with my new Ender 3. The bed doesn't want to stay leveled. If I try to adjust the nozzle gap, I spin the dials underneath almost completely off. How can I make sure that I don't have to keep adjusting and leveling. The other thing is that the first layer doesn't want to stick to the bed. Hopefully the first problem fixes the second problem. Thank you for the help.
on my CR10, sometime, one or more bed adjustments screws look latched and i need to press a bit the correspondant bed corner down for to unlatch it.. after that, the bed adjustments work as usual.. i don’t have investigated why until now but will check it at the next overall maintenance..

Hi， @LarsLondot You can according to this video tutorial to adjust the bed level :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JGLRgsLfHE
For the second question, that may be caused by the unlevel of the bed.
In this post ,https://forum.creality.com/topic/2609/solutions-for-bed-adhesion that also describes some solutions for bed adhesion ( The first layer doesn't stick to the bed)
If there is still a problem, I recommend you send an email to cs@creality and attach video that clearly show the problem. There will be professionals to help you.
