Nozzle too high above the printbed
I just purchased a Ender 3 v2 printer and after upgrading it with CR-touch and the last firmware from the Creality site I have manually level the bed in accordance with all the youtube-clips. The CR-touch works alright as well and with autohome it all looks 100%, BUT when I try to make a print the printhead stays about 10mm above the printbed en the filament doesn't stick to the bed. Watched several youtube videos and I don't think this is a normal situation. What can I do to rectify this problem?

Hi, @EdHak1957 According to your description, it's possible that you didn't save the parameters after changing the Z-axis compensation. Please refer to the tutorial of installing BL-touch: https://youtu.be/lfm_YEJspK4.
If there is still a problem, please provide a video about the process of start printing.
