3D Printed Chicken

Hello, friends. Have you ever heard that the 3D printed meat?
Recently, a team at Columbia University has used the raw material of chicken and 3D print the sample. Then the chicken is cooked by a blue or near-infrared laser pulse. It's said that the 3D print chicken is more moist and with similar flavor development to traditionally cooked meat.
As for me, I really want to know the flavor of that 3d printed chicken.
