Hello, I installed a CR-Touch on my Ender-5 pro (4.2.2 mainboard) and now my extruder is running reverse.
I am using this firmware:

@BondiBen
I had the same problem, it turned out to be that I had the wrong firmware. After I installed the right one, it all runs perfect

Got a hold of customer support about the issue. They insist on seeing a video which I sent. No help. Still not sure why they dont get the concept of the extruder gears running in reverse.

Wire jumper and then switch the positive pole and negative pole. More on Service tutorial the motor wire jumper

I am having the exact same problem. Looking for help as well. Also, while I am here, is there anyone (with patience) that can help me setup my CR touch. It is physically installed. I just think I have a few minor tweaks to make. The support staff at Creality have not been very helpful. Thanks in advance

I am having that problem and more as well. Looking for a solution!

I have the same problem too. Any solutions?

I've also the same problem with my Ender 5 Pro & the Ender-5 ProMarlin2.0.6HW4.2.2ALTE137.bin firmware, after my CR Touch install.

Same problem since the begining of the month after CR Touch installed... Pending for reply from CREALITY

@BondiBen I also have exactly the same problem. Have you any solution?

Hello, I've done the same a few days ago with the same issue after mounting my CR Touch... I wrote an email to CREATIVE and hope for an answer and maybe an issue to this problem. This CR Touch seems to be a nightmare for many people... Don't also forget to setup the X and Y offset for your CR Touch (Not in the procedure given with...) to prevent from damage for it and your printer. Best wishes.

I am having the same problem, and it appears that the x Axis is reveresed as mine goes was out past the build plate when it tries to bed level.
