Ender 5 Pro updated firmware screen blank

Today I downloaded the Firmware Ender-5 Pro- Marlin2.0.1 - V1.0.1 - Endstop.bin
I followed the steps a copied it to a SD card.

I powered off the Ender 5 pro and turned it back on the screen was blank (like it was loading ) and nothing happened.

board version 4.2.2
the old version was Ver 1.0.1 dated 2020-04-25
I don't have a bed leveler

being new, did I use the correct Firmware and if not which one do I need?

any assistance is appreciated.
