Looking to install CR Touch, or BL touch

How am I supposed to install it? There is no video or manuals for the installation, just the software

I also found a port in the top daughter board labeled "BlTouch" am I supposed to plug it in there instead of the main board?

Also, the cables seem too short to be plugged to the mainboard...
