No shipping or tracking information

I am backer 5959. I have a printer with add ons that was shipped to the USA, but have not received any tracking information and Pledgebox does not show anything. Please advise.

I have the same issue for back 9924 listed in the shipment on 8/31 but no shipping information has been received.

Hello, I am in the same boat. My printer shipped a while ago, but no tracking information on Pledgebox.
