How long does it take to get reply for warranty claim?
How long does it take to get a reply from after-sale team?
My control knob became stiff and then the click cannot work anymore. Now it is so stiff that I am afraid of breaking it when I turn it. Also as I can't click, I don't know how to use the printer anymore.
I tried contacting support from Creality as it's been less than 3 months I have the printer.
I am still waiting an answer to the email I sent on jan 22nd as I used the after-sale team's email found here: https://www.creality.com/contact-us
Also the phone number doesn't seems to be working from any phone I tried so far. (from Canada)
What can I do?
they are on chinese new year break wont be back on until 5 feb i think
