Creality Warrant is Worthless
I purchased an Ender 3 Pro and the microSD card reader did not work. I contacted Customer Support and after several exchanges of emails with video proof the drive did not work, I got no further response from Customer Service. I had to buy a replacement control board to fix the problem.
Don't count on Creality to honor any Warranty for their products.
I got an email asking for my address to send a replacement board. I don't need a replacement board, I already replaced the board. What I need is to be reimbursed for my purchase to fix the problem that Customer Service did not solve.
