Ender 6, Change from stelathchop to spreadcycle.

I have this problem, where the printer makes a awful grinding noice when im pushing high mm/s. i have a pursuit for 300 mm/s but is now stuck on 190 since this squeeling noice comes. i got the tips that stealthchop can't handle speed and that i need to run spreadcycle. however, i find it not responding to "M569 S0 X Y" (turning of stealtchop via g-code)
it's the 4.3.1 board with tmc2208 drivers. can anyone tell me the easyest way to do this? im looking for the way not changing the hardware if possible.
