Does Ender-5 Plus ever need lubrication?

My Ender-5 Plus is making a squealing noise when its bed moves up or down. Is this likely to be an alignment issue of some kind, a need for lubrication, or something else entirely?

@BruceF I use a tiny amount of light oil such as 3 in 1 for the lead screws on my ender 3. Nothing else that might squeak springs to mind.
