Control board problem

I’ve been gifted a used Ender 3, the cover of the control box has been removed and there is a component plugged into the board and I’m not sure if it should be there or not. If anyone can help out or send me a photo of what theirs looks like I’d be most appreciative.

@kev_p_walsh if your talking about the display on an ender 3 then there's only 1 plug that should be going to it and it goes in slot 3 of the black fittings on the top
