Ender 3 V2 Problem. Printer not reading SD card and doesn't remember Z offset calibration for BL-touch and making high pitch noise.

  • Hi. I have got an Ender 3 V2 and I've had it for about 5 weeks and I haven't been able to get it working. The first problem I had was getting it working with the BL-touch which I eventually did get fixed by finding the BL-touch firmware version but now. When I try to calibrate the z offset it will remember the calibration while it's on but as soon as I turn it on and off it resets. It also doesn't read the SD card for things to 3D print (SD card I am using is the same one I used to upload the BL-touch firmware). And I've tried using a different SD card today but now it won't even go to the main info screen and just stay loading while making a high pitch noise continuously until I turn it off.

Is this something I can fix or do I have to get a new one. I do also have a warranty on it and I did get from Dick Smith if that means anything.
