Installing BLToutch on Ender 5 Pro V1.1.5, cant program

Hi
Following the BLTouch guidebook i have:
plugged in my burner (and have a blue light at the board)
selected ATmega1284p
Enter the values "D6" "DC" "FD" and pressed write..But i only get the message: Chip Enable Program Error....
Please advice, what have I missed

I'm having exactly the same problem, bought a creality kit for my ender 3, but am not able to flash the eeprom, the error message is stating Chip enable error while everything seems to work correctly. There is a blue light on the board, the USB turns to blue when I want to save but then after a few seconds the thing fails and I get the error, when following the instructions to the letter...
