I have tried numerous times to retrieve dinner information about the shipment of my printer to no avail. Can you assist?

OK. So let me understand this correctly. You have sent the printer out to an address that one of your staff asked me to change... Because it could not be sent there.
And, you currently DO NOT have any tracking method available, so there is no way of knowing if, or when for that matter, the package will arrive at the address that couldn't be shipped to.
Am I understanding this correctly?
Well this is very very disappointing. I don't know what else to say. I am just shocked at low the level of service I am receiving. I expected better.

It means that there are some issues with your address. It was shipped, but no tracking information.

Your email is confusing. You state there is a problem, however do not explain. You also state there is an e-mail, which I cannot reference. Are you able to clarify?
