All motors or Mainboard defective? No motion, no extrusion.
-
I got my CR-6 SE today and am stuck with an issue with the motors. If I follow the manual and come to the step of auto bed-leveling, the nozzle heats up to 120° and then -- nothing. The temperature displayed does not change anymore and the "back" button does not react. The whole system is frozen.
If I power it off and on again and try to move any motor via the "Prepare->Move" menu, none of the motors reacts to the commands.
Other tests like pre-heating bed and nozzle, as well as powering the LED work as expected.
Also switching the fan in the "Control->Temp" menu does switch the Mainboard fan. What could be wrong/broken?
I do have the latest firmware installed.

@axel-buss said in All motors or Mainboard defective? No motion, no extrusion.:
I have the same issue, I just assembled it today, tried to do the auto bed leveling it heats up to 120 then nothing. I hooked up my computer and ran it and saw the G28 and G29 commands and it starts heating up, then once it gets to temp after a few seconds it says 'Error: Printer Killed()' and then stops doing anything in the terminal.

Apperently, I'm not the only one with this issue.
The very same problem is described by this video:
