Where is my CR6 60 days and counting from when you said it shipped?

Can you tell me what happened to my kickstarter CR-6 SE printer?
I received Pledgebox email on July 21 saying it shipped with a UPS tracking number.
The UPS tracking number 60+ days later still say UPS has yet to see it in the USA.
