I have not received my CR-6
I was emailed a while ago and provided an updated address. I never heard anything back from that and my friends that ordered theirs after me received their printers a few weeks ago. What is the best way to resolve this issue.
We have the specific email address for the CR-6 SE issues, email@example.com
And checked your address had been changed. Please check the pladgebox to see if you received the email for tracking information.

How did you get a support from Creality ?
I sent several Emails, posts... no answers !
What they hell? Creality is emailing you from personal gmail accounts? That is so wrong in so many ways.
