No shipping information, tracking number says "Not Found"

I've tried emailing kickstarter@creatlity.com like they mention in their email but it returns as a non-registered email... so.. that's great.

So I'm here, trying to find out what happened to or where my printer is. It was apparently shipped out on the 9th this month (Sept) but it never showed any progress and now says "Not Found"

Backer 9767 - just looking for answers.
