TURN ON - WON'T EVEN CLICK !!I WROTE BEFORE AND GOT NO RESPONSE!

I CAN REPLACE IT
I EXPECT AN ANSWER WITHIN 24 (BY MONDAY)
SHIP THE MODULE BY POST TO GET IT HEAR FASTTHIS IS NO WAY TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS!
AT THIS POINT I AM VERY ANGRY!

@oliverhbailey yes this is very true, they have shown they don't care about the customers I have tried contacting them plenty of times and it took me bugging them in almost all their email addresses to finally get a response from them.

It has been stated in a couple of threads that if the switch isn't working, record a video of it being broken, buy a new switch, and email your information (name, address, kickstarter number, serial number), receipt, and video to the company and they should reimburse you.
I was lucky enough that when I reseated the connectors on my switch, it started working again.

Hello Dave,
I have numerous problems starting September 4th that have led to a dead printer. It took almost 10 days to respond from tech support and nothing since. These people don't care about customers.
