Over 2 Weeks - Still no tracking info

My order/backer number 1604 was on the September 25th update as shipped; I still have not received tracking info. Please PM or email me with tracking number and carrier ASAP so I can make sure it is delivered to my current address.

Okay... now nearly a month, and UPS still only says "A label has been created; when the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated."
Does this mean it still hasn't gotten out of China yet...?
And do we have any idea when our add-ons will ever ship...?
