Installed the BL touch upgrade, could use a little direction on f/w

Howdy,
As the title states, just installed the bltouch sensor and mounted everything. I'm ready to flash the firmware and frankly have no clue what I'm doing. The kit came with a usb isp programmer but I have no clue how it programs. It doesn't show up in explorer. I did see online from Creality about the progisp software but no idea how to get it. Any help for an old nerd would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I just purchased the 4.2.7 board and installed the latest firmware update. Now I have no idea how to set up the BL Touch. Any help?
