CR-6 SE Z-Offset won't go above .5, mashes nozzle into bed

  • I'm having an issue where the nozzle is smashed into the bed after auto-leveling. I've tried to adjust the z-offset up, but it only has a range of -0.5 to +0.5 which isn't enough. I have verified that all the screws are tight for the auto level mechanism, verified there is NO play in the X, Y, and Z. All the couplers are tight. The bed itself has absolutely no flex.

    I do see a blue light come on when it does the auto level at each point on the bed, so it's apparently "working". How can I adjust the z-offet beyond the 0.5 limit, or fix the printer so that it doesn't need to have the z-offset adjusted so high?

  • @serversage Please check whether the nozzle pressure sensitivity is loose, and whether the X-axis under leveling, if not, please follow the video to adjust:
