Backer ID: 1634 - apparently shipped Sep 9th

Hi team,
I've sent a request via the kickstarter app to try and find out where this printer is.
My backer ID is 1634 and the printer was reportedly shipped on September 9th, but I have had no contact since then from any delivery company, and am concerned when I might receive this printer.I also raised concern that my shipment was listed under EUROPE, when in fact I am in the UK....does that make a difference?
Can you respond please as we will soon reach 2 months from shipping date with no delivery.
