Where are our printers, the lost sept 9th shipment saga?

So it seems that the shipment from the 9th sept to Europe/UK has not arrived yet with no updates for backers on what's happened.
Later shipment have arrived with backers in the same country as myself, Ireland/UK.
What's happening Creality, are you going to provide a relevante update on this, or admit that something has gone wrong instead of trying to lead everyone on?
I was backer number 9753.

If you check now they have finally been delivered to UPS.

I have got the feedback from our shipping agent, the goods are under customs inspection, it has not been released yet. But the good news is that it has arrived at the port.

As you haven't answered on numerous emails to your kickstartersupport mailbox, I'll ask here: what's indeed with CR-6 SE from 9'th September shipment, backer number 9494?
A week ago your representative replied to me in a kickstarter comments that my printer isn't even sent because of late survey completion. It is a total lie, because I have an email from Pledgebox with survey confirmation, and it is dated 13th of June!
Please, give me the tracking number or when to expect it.

We have seen this chart before but as you can imagine, we have all been waiting for a long time and it is difficult to make sense of all the information in forums/groups with people in later batches receiving their printers.It would be extremely helpful if you could answer the following questions.
Can you please confirm where the batches of the 5th and 9th of September are?
Are they still on a boat? If so, where is the boat?
If they are in a port or in custom ? where exactly?
Are there any delays?Thanks

As I checked, your shipping was update in the 5th Step. that means your goods is start ship, but it does not mean it was in Germany, please follow the picture, and will make you clear about it.
