Received Printer But No Add-ons

I finally received my printer but none of the add-ons came with my printer and no information has been given on when to expect them.
Can I get an update on when to expect the add-ons?
This is the second time I have had to ask on the forums about this.
My backer number is 7078.

The lack of communication is still not great from your company.
