      @admin , It seems that we are many in the same situation. Many has the money taken and a tracking number provided for UPS tracking that shows a label was created at one point but that is all.

      In my case, label created on 5th September, your reply was 14 days ago with "Due to the congestion of the destination, the freight forwarding company has been negotiating to urge UPS to deal with it as soon as possible.", By next week it will be 2 months since the printer is in a boat, or in a port waiting for custom clearance or somewhere but not with me.

      What if you think on a way to compensate customer and early backers or provide us with a refund method and allow us to buy a printer online from a retailer that will deliver within a week?

    • Heated bed cable damage

      Dear @admin,

      The cable that connect the heated bed to the board rubs the steeper motor case damaging it. This is not something that normally wouldn't be a problem but if the bed is used to it maximum, moving back and forward the hot bed, then the steeper motor case keep taking aways bites of the cable cover making it extremely dangerous.

      Could you please indicate where I can get a replacement for the cable? There is not supplier for that cable online, neither on the creality shop.

      Also as product improvement you should check how either sercure the cable so this does not happen or cover the case avoiding any sharp ends

    • Compensation for Kickstarter backers that after 6 months+ still didn't receive their CR-6 SE

      Creality @admin, can you consider a method of compensation for early backers that still didn't receive their printer?

      Find out that anyone can get the printer delivered next day from an online store is a bit insulting for those that backed the project early and still didn't receive the printer.

      Emails explaining that is not Creality but someone else fault that the printer haven't been delivered is not good enough and is damaging your reputation and loyalty for future purchases.

      What if you keep your customer base happy and loyal? Think about it, a small gesture can work miracles.

      In the meantime, I'm still waiting for my printer despite your emails saying that is on it way and should arrive soon with no updates on UPS tracking....

      @admin and @Peter , I'm in a similar situation as Peter, with the difference that my backer number (8328) was in the spreadsheet and updates provided by Creality. I also have my money taken in June, also based in UK and also still waiting for a printer that apparently was shipped in September.
      I emailed using every email address you provided without answer (BTW keep changing) , so what is your reply? What is the excuse in my case. @Peter I really hope you will get also an email or direct reply to where exactly is your printer, mine seems to be on the way to UK on a dinghy.

      @admin , Thank you much for your quick reply. If that is the case, I'm wondering where is my CR-6 SE, shipped apparently at the end of August or beggining of September (Backer number 8328), because there are more that 30 days waiting for delivery.

      @coachpete & @1st3dfiles , I wish you the best, I backed the CR-6 SE early June. then received shipping confirmation at the end of August and Shipping details firts week of September.

      After that nothing else, emails haven't been replied by Creality, neither my messages. I think you will need quite a lot of patience and a bit of luck, keeping in mind that CR-6 Max was next in the queue to be added to the production line.

      I backed the project in May, I received shipping details on 5th September and since then nothing. Now after the increasing numbers of complaints and incidents I’m also concern about my decision. I’m wondering if other UK backers already received their printers and how their printers are performing
