I also have that annoying sound - this is how I initially noticed the issue.
@admin, is that the official Creality position about this issue ? "You need to unplug the USB cable after shutting down"
That is a not a solution for me. As @Nigelh is saying other printers are behaving OK.
This is definitely a hardware issue.
