You can NOT edit G-code so if using bltouch or Cr-Touch it dose not probe the bed just gets Z home position.

@Gracy thanks Gracy, it’s almost the same on Cura 4.10.0: go to <Settings> -> Printer -> Manage Printers... will open the Preferences windows -> Machine settings the G-code for Start/End appear at the bottom and can be edited there..
