Is your retraction distance 0.6mm or 6mm? I have mine set to 6

I have the Ender 3 V2 and just tried installing the BLTouch as well. I am having the exact same problem as you are. Have you found out how to make it work yet? I would greatly appreciate any help if you figure anything out. Thanks!

@Cordero808 Hello, I don't know if it can help, but my Ender V2 came with a wobbling bed, and that problem made calibration impossible. I had to adjust the two steel nuts under the right side of the bed so that the weels were stable on the rail and then I calibrated successfully the bed.
